Channel V-2008 New presenters campaign
Channel [V] came to Sixty40 for their expertise in composited 2D animation. The task was to create
five 2D characters and environments that would blend creatively with the 3D and live action done
in-house at Foxtel, with an emphasis on contemporary super hero styling. The brief was to capture each presenter’s own unique “superhero power”, which activates when the Channel [V] logo beams
in the sky.
Kmart-Super Toy Sale
Cumminsnitro brought this radical animated concept for KMART to us that was to give an
“anything goes” feel to the TVC. Inspired by the freedom of kids’ imaginations,
we combined 3D, 2D and live action to create a vivid, fast paced and action packed
animated car race.

Sixty40 takes an r’n’b performance and throws it into a highly graphic 8 bit environment
filled
with helmet-clad, choreographed, cold-hearted nymphettes. The result is an
excursion through
80’s neon and en masse dancing sequences, telling the tale of a cruel
lover, who spurns
affection for the party lights.
Roosters - Homegame Hype Intro
We were asked to create a film which ramps the atmosphere in the Sydney Football
Stadium
(SFS) to fever pitch before each game, as the players run out onto the field. As a
first of its kind
in Australian sport, this innovative medium aims to increase loyalty and
excitement in fans at
their most accessible and reactive moment.
