Stereoscopic Light Portraits

These portraits were captured using a stereoscopic lens at a Lost at e Minor party. Using the magic of computers the wiggling 3d effect was created instantly and projected on the wall of the party, to the delight of the subject and the artists involved.

This concept is being expanded into an installation which creates automatically updated wiggle images and shows them on a screen for live feedback. This enables instant interaction and allows people to play with the medium in a live scenario.

See also: Battlestar, which was filmed using this "wiggle" technique for presenting 3d.
