Wootonia “Bounce” Campaign

When Sony Music came to us to create an animated band that would appeal to kids we went off and developed "Wootonia". Covering 4 styles of music (emo, rock, pop and hip-hop) the 4 members of the band work together to make musical magic! Initially we were asked to create a film clip, then a series of interviews that helped develop the characters on air. One of the interviews would play before the film clip where ever it played on air.

The  crowning achievement for Wootonia was getting turned into McDonalds Happy Meals toys with a series a 4 CD's being delivered with each delicious burger treat.

"Bounce" Film Clip

We custom created the concept, characters, premise and general vibe for these 4 super-stars from the Planet Woot. Their planet is made of rubber trees which is a perfect place to set this clip for their first song "Bounce".

Interviews

Series of four character interviews we made for Wootonia. These spots were being played on Nickelodeon and Seven Two in the lead up to the release of  "Bounce". Sixty40 created the concept, scripts and character designs. Their world was designed to create a brand that would speak to a range of kids and allow it to keep growing as the story unfolds. We also directed the voice artists, help with band interviews for magazines and basically roll our sleeves up and get up to our elbows in this project, which is just how we like it.
