“That’ll hurt in the morning!”

Betiquette, what a great and hilarious project to be asked to make. One of those rare jobs where everyone was so jazzed about the idea that very little altered from concept to delivery. Huzzah!

But she’s a phone!?

The guys at GPY&R came up with a spiffy, tongue-in-cheek way to punch gambling excess right in the family jewels. Tired of the constant barrage of ads trying to get you to read from the boys got together and started harking back to more chivalrous days of yore when etiquette was the go, the campaign evokes the design language of classic Aussie beer posters to promote the idea that modern day betting should tale a leaf out of the post-war stoic book of restraint. But of course it’s not that serious. We had lashings of fun with the snappy, ‘laugh your beer through your nose’, copyrighting and cheeky visual vignettes. Thanks guys!
